Thursday 02.01.2020 Checked through my emails and got the ATLAS spreadsheet. Completed ATLAS work which was income updates and address updates. The work was pretty ordinary and nothing stood out. Friday 03.01.2020 Worked Friday AM on my matched. I caught up after being off sick and managed to process all my matched work. Several of these were waiting for UC income to come through VIA ATLAS. Spent Friday afternoon on apprenticeship work.

Returned to work after being off sick on Friday 27 December 2019. As I had been off work for a couple of weeks I spent the day catching up on my emails. I also managed to have a look at my in-tray to see what was in there and how far behind I was with my expired pending and matched work. As some were from mid November, I had a look at these and managed to process them.

 Unfortunately during this period I was off work sick (back in spasm, trapped sciatic nerve during spasm)
