This week at work I have completed the following work Accepted ATLAS items for change of circumstances including income and addresses. I have then processed these changes on Northgate where I could. Where I needed more information, I have written out or emailed the customer.  Accepted UC ATLAS items.  This mainly includes changes in UC income which I accept, check everything is in correctly and then calculate the claim. The claim is only calculated if the change is significant or it has been longer than three months since it was last calculated.  Processed several new claims and change in circumstance work that customers have informed us of online. I have also spent time going through my expired pending and matched work in my tray. I have been logged onto the 'rostrvm' system and answered phone calls from the public regarding their housing benefit and council tax reduction claims. During this week at work I completed the following work: UC ATLAS items accepted and calculated or written out for further information if necessary.  ATLAS items accepted. These were for ESA, PC, DLA/PIP, IS and JSA or address updates. Again these were either calculated or I had to write to customer for further information. Completed new claim work and benefit change in circumstances Went through my matched and expired pending work Answered several calls from the public and either dealt with the query myself or transferred through to the officers dealing with the calls.  During my 20% study time I completed: Maths progress test English progress test Went through the evidence sheet and made notes and a plan of the claims I need to complete the course.  Looked through my intray to see if I had any work that I could match to the skills  Looked at the safeguarding course Uploaded my fire safety to skilsure

This week I have completed UC ATLAS items and normal ATLAS items. I have processed several change in circumstances and new claims.

Singed up to apprenticeship. Completed initial Maths and English tests.
