Short notice annual leave taken due to a poorly child who could not go to nursery and needed to see a doctor.

Spent Thursday catching up on UC ATLAS and normal ATLAS work. This included updating incomes and recalculating CTR as well as address updates and cancelling claims due to the death of a claimant.
On the claims which I completed for death updates, I had to also inform council tax that the customer had passed away so they could end the accounts.

Worked the morning only due to childcare issues as still poorly.
Spoke to colleague and advised on a Person From Abroad claim he had a query with and as I run the PFA specialist group, I am often asked questions. We discussed the claim and I looked through the rules and advised on how we may be able to give the customer 'right to reside'
Caught up with my tray work, had a look through my expired pending and made some claims 'adverse inference' where they have not replied to my request for further information. Letters sent advising of this and giving another calendar month to provide further information.
Not a very good week work wise due to having unexpected time off. Not done any work out of the ordinary.
I'm a tad late to this blog, but hope your son is feeling better!
ReplyDeleteAnother good example of team working re PFA group. Well done and well evidenced.
